Homeowners Associations

A number of homeowners and area-specific websites have sprung up to help keep various Puerto Penasco Communities in touch. Most of them cover things like CC&R's, rental agreements, water and trash services, as well as keeping tabs on lots for sale, what's under construction, road status, etc. There's also some construction information, as well as rules re: ATV/offroading, and fireworks, which seem to be a common theme among the communities that are trying to keep Penasco a nice place to visit and live.

There is also some neat info re: history and newsletters that can give you a peek into the kind of things happening in the area.

I'm always keeping my eye out for new info with respect to what's happening in the area, so please drop me a line if you have any comment.

playalajolla.com is the website for the owner's association for the Playa La Jolla Development. They also have some older correspondence/newsletters that give a neat insight into the typical local goings on.

playa-encanto.com is the site of PENCA, the Playa Encanto Neighborhood Civil Association, and contains links and information of interest to those in the Playa Encanto area.

chollabayhoa.net is the site of Vecinos De La Cholla, the Cholla Bay Homeowners Association, and contains links and information of interest to those in the beautiful Cholla Bay area.
