En Puerto Peñasco se llevó a cabo la campaña de buceo “Splash For Trash” para liberar de desechos sólidos y contaminantes el lecho marino de la zona de muelles, en la que participamos activamente y reiteramos nuestro compromiso e interés por conservar ésta maravillosa área del Mar de Cortes para que no pierda su belleza.
“Splash for Trash” campaign is over….
The scuba diving campaign “Splash For Trash” was held at the harbor zone here in Rocky Point just to take trash out from the Sea bottom and to reduce the pollution in area, we happily contribute to the cause as we have a strong commitment with this amazing portion of the Sea of Cortes and to make sure it conserves its beauty.

Wildcat Invitational hosted by the University of Arizona, Tuesday

Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard says safety concerns around
Puerto Peñasco are at a "far lesser degree" than other areas such as
Nogales, Juarez and Tijuana. The highway to the beach resort is heavily patrolled by Mexico
officials who have an interest in keeping it safe for tourists, Goddard
said.
