Locations: Dollar Rent-A-Car has a location right inside the Tucson airport, and two locations just outside Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. There are also branches in Tempe and Scottsdale.

Restrictions:

Anyone with a valid credit card and matching drivers license can rent from Dollar Rent-A-Car

Renters above the age of 25 have no added fees - Renters between 21-24 can rent, but with an added 'young driver' fee

Cars are for use in the Sonoran free trade zone only (Puerto Penasco is in this zone) and cannot be taken further into Mexico.

Available for rent: The Dollar fleet has everything from 'Economy' sized 2 door cars up to full-sized SUV's, as well as minivans.

Restrictions:

Renters must be 18 and older
Cars are for use in the Sonoran Free Trade Zone and further, if needed
