Nice place
the resort is nice, new, but the service and maintenance is horrible, we arrived from phoenix around 10:00 in the morning, but did not get the keys until 4:00, they kept saying that sat was busy, then they said the same thing on sunday and so forth, but everybody was standing around and doing nothing, I don't really like this owners deal because the staff is not helpful and blames everything on the owners, no kleenex, the toilet paper holder was broken, the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher, the toaster was broken, we had the garbage and towels service only one time, even though we kept going downstairs to complain, the staff does not do anything and not friendly at all, do you know that they take 35% of the rental fees for maintenaing the condos?
