There is a 3-night minimum stay on holidays and Spring Break. There is also a 2-night minimum stay on any reservation unless it is a weekday reservaton or a weekend during off-season. In order to preserve the peaceful family atmosphere at our Rocky Point Resorts, the person responsible for checking in will have an age limitation (I.D. will be required upon check-in and must match name on reservation). During Holidays and Spring Break THE INDIVIDUAL CHECKING IN MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. All other times, the age limit for the person checking in is 21 years of age or older. No smoking inside condos. No pets of any size/breed. Our resorts do not allow fireworks.

August 09, 2005	poor customer service The reservation process was awesome, very fast and trustworthy. The actual condo was great, beautiful view and accomodations. The service at the front desk was horrible. I may have to take my family, and business elsewhere. The checkin was unsatisfactory. There was only one person working the front desk and about 30 people waiting to check in. At check out my family was acused of stealing two towels and a bathroom rug. After paying over 450 dollars for a weekend why would I steal a dirty one dollar towel. The office staff acted very unprofessional and made a inappropiate scene. It is sad that these single events have led to a bad impression of the hotel and how it is operated.
