There is a 3-night minimum stay on holidays and Spring Break. There is also a 2-night minimum stay on any reservation unless it is a weekday reservaton or a weekend during off-season. In order to preserve the peaceful family atmosphere at our Rocky Point Resorts, the person responsible for checking in will have an age limitation (I.D. will be required upon check-in and must match name on reservation). During Holidays and Spring Break THE INDIVIDUAL CHECKING IN MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. All other times, the age limit for the person checking in is 21 years of age or older. No smoking inside condos. No pets of any size/breed. Our resorts do not allow fireworks.

We stood in line for 30 min to check in, when we got to the room the bed sheets were not on the bed the house keeper opened the door with her key in the middle of us exploring the condo, she dropped off a bag of bed sheets and top cover in a bag and said she was busy so I needed to put them on (which I did). May 02, 2006	Noisy! We've stayed at the Princesa twice before, but this weekend was the worst. Between 11 PM and 3 AM various parties of drunk people are coming home yelling and screaming and the walls are paper thin! Combine that with the little kids heading to the pool and screaming at 8:00 AM and you don't get much quality sleep. Rooms are great, but they need to control the noise factor.
