Stay at a beautiful Las Gaviotas Resort in breathtaking Rocky Point, Mexico.

Las Gaviotas is located in Puerto Penasco, Mexico and is a best bet for those who want the convenience of restaurants and bars close at hand and also a beautiful condo to have as their sanctuary away from home. Some units are poolside and most all of the units have an ocean view.

These condo's are very spacious and are located next to Plaza Las Glorias. The property includes a pool, child pool, BBQ grills, and beachfront access. Restaurants, Bars and shopping are adjacent to the property. The condos include a full kitchen and linens are provided. Puerto Penasco MX is a great vacation location.

We now offer Rocky Point Hotels as well. We currently service Hotel Paraiso Del Desierto, Hotel Plaza Penasco, Playa Inn, Penasco Del Sol (formerly Plaza Las Glorias) and Hotel Fiesta De Cortez.

Vacation Expert Opinion - Las Gaviotas

An icon for Puerto Peñasco and Playa Hermosa, Las Gaviotas is an amazing 2 building development with 2 bedroom condos in a very popular beach. Back Row and Front Row buildings are very spacious and well equipped.

If you get a Front Row building you won’t be as close to the sand anywhere else in Rocky Point, once you enter the condo it feels more like a “casita” and not a condo. Even when staying at a Back Row building you will be a few stairs away from the beach.

Make sure to understand they lay out of this property since there are many stairs to consider from the Parking Lot to your condo.

PROS

1. Good location in Playa Hermosa with access to activities and events
2. Few minutes from town.
3. Fair value for your money.

CONS

1. Offsite front desk with limited activity.
2. No in-house services and amenities.
3. No heated pool.
