Princesa de Penasco is Rocky Point Resort living at its finest. Many people refer to this resort simply by Rocky Point Princesa. From the beach front top floor apartment you'll be able to see across the beautiful Sea of Cortez to the Peñasco lighthouse beyond. From the ground-floor of the Princesa De Penasco condo the pool is only a few steps away, and the most beautiful beach in Rocky Point is only a few steps beyond that.

Princesa de Penasco Resort amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center, tennis courts, three swimming pools and a child wading pool. Princesa de Penasco has been very carefully laid out to maximize the views and create the feeling of a luxurious, private enclave. Yet, it’s only minutes from Peñasco’s restaurants, shops and nightlife. These condos are generously sized to accommodate four people in two bedrooms with queen beds and private baths, and have a sofa/sleeper for two additional people. They have fully equipped kitchens, laundry room and TV/VCR. Rentals have everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay, including daily maid service.

Vacation Expert's Opinion - Princesa de Peñasco

This resort is a landmark for Sandy Beach, it was the first built complex in the area. I am sure that if you are a regular visitor to Rocky Point, you have at least heard of Princesa de Penasco or La Princesa as many of our visitors refer to.

This 5 building Resort is located in a very strategic location along the Sandy Beach area; we could say it is in the middle of the entire action! There are plenty of activities to enjoy outside and inside the resort.

Being one of the first Resorts in Sandy Beach make it also one of the most very well maintained properties. The layout of its buildings/towers makes two of its front row towers oceanfront and the other three, ocean view.

You can enjoy a great sight from any of the balconies of its spacious 1, 2 or event 3 bedroom. The open areas in Princesa are nice to enjoy, the landscaping is beautiful and well kept. Spending time in one of its two main pools or just enjoying an outside meal making use of one of the charcoal grills is a nice way to enjoy your beachfront vacation.
