Rocky Point Mardi Gras Carnival 2010- South of the Border

Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) will have a long weekend of "Mardi Gras" celebration from Feb. 11th to Feb. 16th. Come and join the "New Orleans" fun in Rocky Point Carnival style.

Penasco del Sol Hotel (formerly known as Plaza Las Glorias) will be the place to be where many fun events will take place. The celebration will feature parades, several concerts, street festival with rides, shows and dances and the famous crowning of the Mardi Grass Queen.

There will be performances from many musicians including La Original Banda el Limon.

Thursday and Friday nights there will be evening events and cultural events will start on Saturday at 2pm.
